Shipping Policy

Most of our products are oversized and heavy commercial fitness equipment. International shipping costs vary by destination country, delivery address, order quantity, shipping method, and local import requirements.

Please contact us before placing your order to confirm product availability, production lead time, the final freight cost, estimated delivery time, delivery conditions, and unloading requirements. Any shipping amount displayed online is an estimate only until confirmed by us in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customs duties, import taxes, customs-clearance fees, storage charges, remote-area surcharges, and destination handling fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, customs clearance, port congestion, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the delivery location has suitable access, sufficient doorway and elevator clearance, and any personnel or equipment required for unloading and installation.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect the packaging and product immediately upon delivery. If visible damage is found, record it on the carrier's delivery receipt, take clear photographs and videos, keep all original packaging materials, and contact us within 48 hours. Shipping-damage claims may be rejected if visible damage was not noted at delivery or supporting evidence is not provided promptly.

Customized and Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are made to order or customized according to the customer's selected color, upholstery, dimensions, configuration, branding, or other specifications. Once production has started, customized or made-to-order products cannot normally be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect or does not match the specifications confirmed in writing.

Customers are responsible for carefully checking all specifications, colors, dimensions, quantities, and customization details before approving the order.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the size, weight, high international transportation cost, and customized nature of our products, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality. This includes change of mind, an incorrect product or configuration selected by the customer, site-access problems, or minor color and texture differences caused by lighting, photography, screen settings, or material batches.

If a return is exceptionally approved in writing, the buyer may be responsible for the original shipping charges, return freight, customs fees, taxes, handling costs, and any applicable restocking fee. The product must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or differs materially from the confirmed order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number, a description of the problem, photographs and videos of the product, and photographs of the outer packaging and shipping labels.

After verification, we may provide replacement parts, technical support, repair guidance, a partial refund, replacement, or another appropriate solution depending on the nature of the issue. Do not discard the product, damaged parts, or original packaging before the claim has been reviewed.

Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or legal guarantees that cannot be excluded under the laws applicable in the customer's country or region.
