Description
xDZ132FT-1 Commercial Oak Pilates Reformer with Full Tower combines a studio reformer, a full-height tower and trapeze training functions in one professional system. Built around a solid oak frame with stainless steel and aluminum alloy components, it gives Pilates studios a broad exercise range without adding a separate Cadillac.
Designed for advanced training, rehabilitation-oriented programming and full-body spring work, the DZ132FT-1 supports adjustable resistance, multiple attachment positions and a configurable footbar for different users and exercise setups.
Complete Reformer and Full Tower System
The full-height structure expands a classic reformer into a versatile tower and trapeze station. Instructors can move from carriage exercises to standing, seated, supine and suspended spring work on the same machine, making it especially useful for professional studios with varied class programming.
Adjustable Footbar and Extended Training Platform
The multi-position footbar can be adjusted for different body proportions and exercise angles. The padded carriage, shoulder rests, platform and jumpboard create a practical training area for footwork, jumping, balance work and controlled lower-body conditioning.
Spring-Loaded Push-Through Bar
The tower push-through bar adds controlled upper-body, spinal articulation and assisted mobility exercises. Multiple spring connection points let instructors change the direction and intensity of resistance, while the padded contact surface improves comfort during guided movement.
Full-Height Stainless Steel Tower
The reinforced stainless steel tower provides a stable framework for springs, straps and hanging accessories. Numerous eyelets and overhead attachment points make it easier to configure exercises at different heights and angles, supporting both targeted isolation and integrated full-body training.
Supportive Upholstery and Sitting Box
The easy-clean microfiber leather surface is designed for repeated studio use. Supportive cushioning helps maintain comfort during longer sessions, while the sitting box expands seated, prone and side-lying exercise options. Upholstery colors and foam configurations can be discussed for custom orders.
Solid Oak Frame and Reinforced Tower Mounts
The natural oak frame delivers a strong, stable base with a warm professional appearance. Reinforced metal tower mounts and precisely fitted frame joints help keep the structure secure during repeated spring work. Alternative wood species, finishes and private-label branding are available subject to order confirmation.
Trapeze Bar, Straps and Color-Coded Springs
The trapeze bar and strap system supports assisted stretching, suspended movements and controlled strength exercises. Color-coded piano-wire springs provide clear resistance identification and smooth progressive loading. Final spring quantities and accessory configuration should be confirmed with your quotation.

Shipping & Return
xShipping Policy
Most of our products are oversized and heavy commercial fitness equipment. International shipping costs vary by destination country, delivery address, order quantity, shipping method, and local import requirements.
Please contact us before placing your order to confirm product availability, production lead time, the final freight cost, estimated delivery time, delivery conditions, and unloading requirements. Any shipping amount displayed online is an estimate only until confirmed by us in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customs duties, import taxes, customs-clearance fees, storage charges, remote-area surcharges, and destination handling fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, customs clearance, port congestion, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the delivery location has suitable access, sufficient doorway and elevator clearance, and any personnel or equipment required for unloading and installation.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect the packaging and product immediately upon delivery. If visible damage is found, record it on the carrier's delivery receipt, take clear photographs and videos, keep all original packaging materials, and contact us within 48 hours. Shipping-damage claims may be rejected if visible damage was not noted at delivery or supporting evidence is not provided promptly.
Customized and Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are made to order or customized according to the customer's selected color, upholstery, dimensions, configuration, branding, or other specifications. Once production has started, customized or made-to-order products cannot normally be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect or does not match the specifications confirmed in writing.
Customers are responsible for carefully checking all specifications, colors, dimensions, quantities, and customization details before approving the order.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the size, weight, high international transportation cost, and customized nature of our products, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality. This includes change of mind, an incorrect product or configuration selected by the customer, site-access problems, or minor color and texture differences caused by lighting, photography, screen settings, or material batches.
If a return is exceptionally approved in writing, the buyer may be responsible for the original shipping charges, return freight, customs fees, taxes, handling costs, and any applicable restocking fee. The product must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or differs materially from the confirmed order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number, a description of the problem, photographs and videos of the product, and photographs of the outer packaging and shipping labels.
After verification, we may provide replacement parts, technical support, repair guidance, a partial refund, replacement, or another appropriate solution depending on the nature of the issue. Do not discard the product, damaged parts, or original packaging before the claim has been reviewed.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or legal guarantees that cannot be excluded under the laws applicable in the customer's country or region.
